BP — One Process
BP operates across a vast range of industries — from renewable energy initiatives and offshore oil production to logistics and corporate innovation projects. To unify these complex operations, BP developed One Process, an internal project management tool designed to bring all divisions onto a single, standardized platform.
I joined the project to help improve the user experience and visual structure of the tool, ensuring it could effectively serve teams with vastly different workflows while maintaining consistency, clarity, and scalability.

Challenge
The biggest challenge was the platform’s diversity of use cases. One Process was used simultaneously by green energy teams, refinery engineers, and business strategists — all with unique goals and data requirements. My task was to create a unified interface logic that could adapt to these different contexts without overwhelming users or fragmenting the product.

Results
The redesigned One Process improved usability and cross-division collaboration by creating a shared visual language and interaction model across the company.
It supported BP’s broader digital transformation goals, making their internal processes more transparent and efficient — from North Sea operations to solar initiatives in Asia.
