FlyPlay
PLAY, an Icelandic low-cost airline, started offering intercontinental flights to the United States in 2022. However, their existing booking system needed to be improved for transatlantic flights, and hence, they needed a tailored and user-friendly solution in Q3 of 2021. My task as a UX designer was to create a seamless booking flow for the company alongside the supertalented Mito Digital team.

We designed and developed a custom booking flow that is worthy of the brand name and image of PLAY Airlines. Its playful elements and human-centered solutions stand out from the booking journeys people are usually accustomed to, making users feel more at ease during this sometimes stressful procedure.
